The flooring in the Wendland lounge needs to be improved.

We need to update our sinks, change up the coping, clean the floor tiles, paint the walls. 

We need to keep our parking lot looking good. Lines need updating. A machine is available for painting the lines.

Outlets need to be replaced in various places and ballasts need replacing.
